Hi, I’m Courtney Raecker, founder of True North.

I started True North in 2021 out of a deep passion for helping families like yours get unstuck — in homeschool, work, and life.
Why? Because I believe every person is uniquely created by God with skills, talents, and abilities the world needs. There’s only one you, and your family’s contributions truly matter.
As a homeschool parent myself, I’ve lived the struggle of feeling stuck:
Frustrated when our structure and routine didn’t fit our family’s needs
Overwhelmed by too many choices and not knowing what would work best
Near burnout, longing for a more sustainable way forward
But I also know the joy of moving from surviving to thriving — when homeschooling becomes intentionally designed, flexible, and life-giving.
My heart is to walk alongside families who want more than just “getting through” the days. I love connecting people with practical tools, meaningful resources, and personalized solutions that bring joy, purpose, and peace back into the homeschool journey.
At my core, my True North™ is this: helping families discover their unique design, align it with their values, and live life to the fullest — together.

Speaker BIO
Courtney Raecker is a dedicated wife, mother, homeschool educator, and entrepreneur. She is the visionary founder of True North Homeschool™, a pioneering real-life learning, community, and resource center that provides “a la carte” services for homeschool families across Colorado.
With expertise in leadership, education, and career planning, Courtney is committed to revolutionizing education for the next generation through innovative real-life learning techniques. Her passion for homeschool freedom, parental rights, and religious liberty has led her to serve as a liaison with the Christian Home Educators of Colorado (CHEC) through the Legislative District Connection (LDC), where she monitors legislation affecting homeschool families.
In addition to her work with True North Homeschool™, Courtney has directed multiple homeschool co-ops, providing invaluable support and resources to the homeschooling community. Courtney launched Deeply Rooted in 2023, a co-op focused on biblical Christian principles, further expanding her impact on the homeschooling community. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Leadership and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
When she’s not advancing her educational initiatives, homeschooling her two boys, or enjoying quality time with her family, Courtney loves hiking in the mountains of Colorado with family and friends.
