Registration Support FAQs

Here are some of our frequently asked questions (FAQs) about our registration process:

Q: How do I register for a class or event? Or check if I still have credit from a gift certificate?

Q: I’m pretty sure I don’t have a Registration Specific Account yet so how do I create one?

A: After registering for your first event or class with True North Homeschool™, you can optionally register for an account to save your information and registrations for faster scheduling in the future. You can also view your purchases and any gift certificates / credit.

NOTE: If you are a Member, it may be because our registration system is separate from the area where the membership dashboard and membership payment is. It allows families to register as guests without creating an account. Try registering for an event/class and then create an account right after that (see screen shot above). You can do so by logging in here to the Membership Dashboard and then find an event or class you want to register for. Then register for it, as a guest, and then upon registration completion you will see that middle image above where you can create an account in the registration system.

Q: As a Member – with priority / early access to classes, field trips, and events – how do I register?

A: Because our website and interactive calendar are public pages, we do not post registration links that are only available to our Members until the event or class opens to the public. At that point, our links on the interactive calendar and website go directly to registration. We are continually adding more as we grow and expand our reach across Colorado to keep an eye in your inbox for updates!

If you are a Member, be sure to check your inbox (including Spam/Promotions folders) for your Members Only emails for registration details. You can also log into your Membership Dashboard - a centralized place to go to register for classes and events and get all the info you need. NOTE: Our Membership Dashboard area is a separate system from our registration system so there are two login accounts needed. Then find an event or class you want to register for.

** We are still building out some of our awesome learning opportunities for this school year, so if you see one not open yet, you can Become a Member to receive first dibs on spots when the email for that specific learning opportunity goes out to our Members! **

Q: How do I login to register for classes an events if my email address is not recognized / username not found?

• If you already have an account, you can fill this out (even incorrectly) and it will give you a reset password link.

• If you have not created an account yet, then next step would be to create a new account and then start registering. Our system lets you “continue as a guest” when registering so you may not have created an account with us yet.

Q: Do I need to individually register my child for each class event date or can I register for more than one at a time?

Q: How do I use a coupon code while registering for a class, event, etc.?

Q: When does registration close for events / classes?

A: Our registration window closes 24 hours before all classes and events so we can prepare the instructors and any supplies needed for the class / event.
