Homeschool Educational Track:
Bible & Apologetics

ABOUT Bible & Apologetics TRACK

Discover the power of truth and grace found in the Bible and through an apologetic journey! Inspire bold, thoughtful, and grounded faith.

These engaging learning experiences equip students to deeply understand Scripture while confidently defending their faith in today’s culture. With a strong foundation in biblical studies and real-world apologetics, students will grow spiritually, think critically, and communicate truth with clarity and compassion.

The track is designed to ground students in a deep understanding of Scripture while equipping them to confidently and compassionately defend the Christian faith. This track integrates biblical literacy with philosophical, historical, and cultural apologetics to prepare students for effective witness in an increasingly skeptical world.

Objectives:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Old and New Testaments, their themes, structure, and theological significance.

  • Cultivate critical thinking skills to assess truth claims, worldviews, and cultural challenges to Christianity.

  • Equip students to respond to common objections to the Christian faith with clarity, humility, and grace.

  • Foster spiritual formation and a personal commitment to living out biblical truth in daily life.

Preparation:

  • Bible & Apologetics Track Kick-Off & Parent Orientation Zoom Meeting (with replay option) on Friday, August 29th from 1:30-2:30pm

    • Can’t make this? No problem! You can still join us on this track and plan to watch the replay.

Old Testament Overviews - Bible Project

Description: Did you know that the arrangement of the Old Testament in Christian Bibles is not the original order? Along with all ancient Jewish people, Jesus encountered the Scriptures as a three-part collection of scrolls known as the Torah, Nevi’im, and Ketuvim, or together, TaNaK. Explore why this ancient order matters and how it illuminates the unified story of the Old Testament.

New Testament Overviews - Bible Project

Description: The New Testament is not a whole “new” story; rather, it’s a continuation of the biblical story introduced in the Old Testament. The Old Testament, also known as the Hebrew Bible, tells an incomplete story about God and Israel and their continual failings to be the people God calls them to be. But it also gives us hope of a coming Messiah, and the New Testament tells the story of that long awaited Messiah, Jesus.
